NOMI-NICATION = 飲み会 + COMMUNICATION

Communication – is a very familiar word for each of us. But what about Nomication (飲 み 二 ケ ー シ ョ ン ケ ー シ ョ ン)?   In fact, this is a compound word between 飲 み 会 and コ ミ ュ ニ ケ ー シ ョ ン, that is, communication on the drinking table – is one of the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture.   If you were a new employee in the company, you might wonder why everyone in the company invited each other to nomikai (飲 み 会) like that, maybe 2-3 times a month, every time they go. 4-5000y, it was so tired again.
